A home priced at $130,000 in Minot, N.D., would cost $1.71 million in La Jolla, according to data compiled for the first seven months of the year by Coldwell Banker. As part of the study, average sale prices for a 2,200-square-foot, four-bedroom home in 348 markets were computed.
