Home Remedies for Eye Care

Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum) Aniseed is especially beneficial in the treatment of cataract. The powder of its seeds is taken in a tablespoon quantity every morning and evening.

Keep equal amount of triphala powder and sugar candy (powdered) in a glass jar and take one teaspoonful with one teaspoonful of honey on an empty stomach morning and evening and drink 250 gm of milk over it for 2-3 months. This cures all the diseases of the eyes.

This is perhaps the best-known remedy, known by supermodels as a sure-fire and super-quick way to reduce puffiness right before a photo-shoot. The cucumber''s contracting qualities cause your blood vessels to constrict, quickly and dramatically reducing puffy eyes.

First, it is important to know that puffiness and dark circles under the eyes are both quite normal. It is not necessarily because you did not get enough sleep or you consumed too much sodium. Many women just have to deal with these issues, regardless of their lifestyle or diet.
