Home Improvement Contractors Team up with HomeTown HomeTeam and Driver Jaques Lazier at This Year's Indianapolis 500.

HomeTown HomeTeam (HTHT), an online directory covering over 180 home improvement categories that enables consumers nationwide to find local contractors, announced today that it is launching its new racing program www.contractorsracing.com with driver Jaques Lazier Jaques Lazier is an Indy Racing League driver born January 25, 1971 in Denver, Colorado and is the younger brother of 1996 Indianapolis 500 champion Buddy Lazier and son of former Indy racer Bob Lazier.

Jaques, raised in a contractor's family and a contractor by trade, is racing in this year's Indianapolis 500 and will be featuring the www.contractorsracing.com logo on his helmet and uniform.

"This is a great tool for consumers to find pre-screened contractors," says Lazier. "Being a contractor myself, I know how difficult it is to find good sub contractors for the work we do for our customers. This service is very valuable to consumers, as well as very beneficial for contractors who participate. Not only will they be able to be a part of a race team but get new customers at the same time."

Each contractor or home improvement specialist receives a Jaques Lazier Contractors Racing hat, an I.D. card showing membership in the "HomeTown HomeTeam" Contractors Racing program, and an online profile describing individual or company capabilities. A modest monthly fee of $9.95 covers updates and administration of the team; there are no additional per lead fees, and consumers search for free.

"Motor sports represent a great vehicle for our contractor team members to promote their services and provide consumers with a valuable service for finding pre-screened home improvement help when needed," continues Truscelli. "This is just a start of our motor sports involvement.
