Hollywood Partner Relativity Media to Pay XRAYMEDIA $50,000 USD as First of Many Beverly Hills Film Fund Payouts Potentially Yielding over $3,000,000 USD Per Year to XRAYMEDIA from Approximately 30 Film Fundings Per Year.

NEW YORK & VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- XRAYMEDIA, Inc., (OTCBB: XRYM), a media industry leader in real-time negotiating technology, is pleased to announce that it expects to be paid $50,000 USD as the first of many installments to come, through its consulting services to Relativity on the Beverly Hills Bridge Fund. The $50,000 USD payment to XRAYMEDIA is the first revenues from its partnership with entertainment moguls Relativity Media. Managed by Relativity Media, LLC, the Beverly Hills Bridge Fund, is launched and providing bridge financing to a number of feature films. XRAYMEDIA is receiving 10% of Relativity profits from the Beverly Hills Bridge Fund, for its media, advertising and marketing consulting to Relativity. Based on a 60-90 day revolving investment structure, the fund receives a profitable front-end return as well as a secondary back-end fee paid based on the movie's gross box office receipts and secondary revenues.
