Hollister renovates 291,000 s/f of space.

Hollister Construction Services announced that it has been selected by AMB Properties for several projects throughout the State of New Jersey, totaling 291,500 square feet of space.

The projects include: A 150,000 s/f redevelopmen at 55 Madison Circle Drive in East Rutherford, NJ . Hollister Construction is acting as design builder. SNS Architect and Engineers is the architect and Record and McNally Engineering is the engineer; A 74,000 s/f renovation of a warehouse, at 75 Amor Avenue in Carlstadt, NJ;

A 24,000 s/f demolition of office space, followed by a scarpatch and paint to put existing office space into rentable condition. The renovations, completed in June 2005, took place at 100 and 750 CorporateDrive in Mahwah, NJ with Hollister serving as the construction manager for both.;

A 12,000 s/f interior renovation at 39 Plymouth Road in Fairfield, NJ. The project was completed at the end of July;

A 1,500 s/f bathroom renovation at 6 Washington Road in Fairfield, N J, which included the demolition of the existing bathrooms and the addition of new drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings and partitions. Work was completed on July 30, with Hollister acting as the design build contractor.
