Ross is one of the country's leading authorities on trust and estate law and litigation and lectures nationally on estate and trust litigation, professional responsibility and related subjects. Specializing in the administration and taxation of trusts and estates, with an emphasis on fiduciary responsibility and related litigation, John T. Rogers, Jr. has represented fiduciaries (both corporate and individual) and beneficiaries in a variety of highly complex matters. He is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law (California Board of Legal Specialization) and a Fellow of ACTEC. Before joining Ross, Sacks & Glazier in 1996, Rogers was a partner in the Trusts and Estates Department of Parker, Milliken, Clark, O'Hara & Samuelian. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles UCLA comprises the College of Letters and Science (the primary undergraduate college), seven professional schools, and five professional Health Science schools. Wyle received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law (1979).

Linda Rottman is an experienced trial attorney and has specialized in complex litigation matters. Her current concentration is on trust and estate litigation. Rottman received her J.D. from Marquette Law School (1978).

Before joining Ross, Sacks & Glazier, Stacie S. Polashuk practiced as a litigation attorney with Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal in Los Angeles.
