Holger Kluge Joins Assante Board Of Directors.

Assante Corporation (TSX:LMS.TO) today announced the appointment of Holger Kluge to its board of directors.

Mr. Kluge was formerly president of Personal and Commercial Bank for CIBC, one of the largest financial service institutions in North America. He serves on the boards of several leading corporations headquartered around the globe.
