) - Hitachi Ltd. today announced the release of u-Chip Hibiki, an introductory kit for UHF (Ultra High Frequency) The range of electromagnetic frequencies from 300 MHz to 3 GHz. In the U.S., analog television has used UHF channels 52 to 69 in the 700 MHz band.  (952MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock. A one-megahertz clock (1 MHz) means some number of bits (16, 32, 64, etc.  - 954MHz). The kit is suitable for Windows 2000, Professional SP4 or Windows XP The previous client version of Windows. XP was a major upgrade to the client version of Windows 2000 with numerous changes to the user interface. XP improved support for gaming, digital photography, instant messaging, wireless networking and sharing connections to the Internet.  Professional SP2.

Hitachi's cutting-edge all-in-one kit includes a high output reader/writer, antenna, 500 IC Tags and software and is priced at 1,047,900 yen (PC and installation support service not included).

The kit will be released on October 2 with shipping set to begin November 30.
