The terminal will allow older hotels with limited cabling the ability to offer two two-line phones per room without having to re-cable the hotel. In addition, a top-of-the-line "executive" telephone terminal will feature the capabilities to handle extensive call control applications by offering the user a total of 24 programmable option keys.
