:HIT), today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Archivas, Inc., a rapidly-growing provider of industry-leading digital archiving solutions based in Waltham, Massachusetts One of the early centers of the Industrial Revolution in northern America, Waltham is a city in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 59,226 at the 2000 census. .

Today's news further builds on the existing strategic global product development and distribution agreement forged with Archivas last year. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
