The May tap issue was delicious! Savion Glover--wow. He's the one! Congratulations on the May issue! I can't remember when I've enjoyed one so much. I loved the handling of the news items, and all the articles. Savion Clover is a great artist, one who's continually evolving.

Nice issue! Wow, that's some shot of Savion on the May cover! I am thrilled for all the tap coverage. But "Listening Down: The Future of Tap Is Looking Up" left out earlier festivals, namely By Word of Foot 1,2,3 in the early 1980s. These were international in scope. One was held at The Village Gate (1980), one at New York University New York University, mainly in New York City; coeducational; chartered 1831, opened 1832 as the Univ. of the City of New York, renamed 1896. It comprises 13 schools and colleges, maintaining 4 main centers (including the Medical Center) in the city, as well as the  (1982), and one at Broadway Dance Center (1985).
