KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1998--Highway Holdings Limited (Nasdaq:HIHOF) Tuesday announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.044 per share on the company's common stock for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1998. The dividend will be paid Nov. 10, 1998 to shareholders of record Oct. 8, 1998. Highway Holdings manufactures a wide variety of high-quality metal parts and components for blue chip original equipment manufacturers. The company also manufactures clocks and clock movements for unaffiliated clock companies and also for sale under the Kienzle Uhren brand name.
