In his speech, Chris Lewis discussed the new corporate strategy based around the increasingly important issue of online privacy. Mr. Lewis also unveiled the Company's target milestones, upcoming products and services, business revenue model and traffic building strategy for the year, explaining that, "If 1999 can best be described as a year of development, we expect 2000 will be a year of implementation and roll-out."

Earlier this week, TopClick launched its Private Search Engine, the Company's first Web-based solution to help Internet users regain control of their online privacy. The Company's Privacy Resource Center, launched late last year, is also an integral part of the value proposition to consumers. Already, the new Web site has been awarded privacy seals from BBBOnline and PrivacyBot for stringent privacy standards.

In calendar second quarter, the Company plans to release AllowMail, an email service See Internet e-mail service.  designed as a simple solution to allow users to control their inbound email. "We believe that in the future, consumer trust of their information solutions providers will be one of the few sources of online competitive advantage", explained Mr. Lewis. "The TopClick Private Search Engine and Privacy Resource Centre are the first essential steps to building a solid brand around privacy. When launched, AllowMail and the Personal Communications Manager will extend this branding."

TopClick plans to use its Private Search Engine as a free service to raise its visibility and develop a customer audience. After a free trial period, AllowMail and later the Personal Communications Manager are intended to be the first revenue generating products through subscription fees. Other projected revenue sources include referral revenues from partners whose products are featured in the Privacy Centre and agency-type referral income from business-to-business and business-to-consumer transactions facilitated by the Company. TopClick also announced that it is close to signing an agreement with a New York-based investment banking firm to raise the additional capital that will be needed to grow the business in 2000.

Among other highlights of the meeting was the introduction of the two newest additions to the TopClick senior management team.
