The terms of this exclusive partnership include Highend Network, Inc. sharing proprietary technologies from its properties HIGHEND3D.COM, FXSHARE.COM and HighendCareers "portfolio building system," and combining them with CreativeHeads.net's proprietary software to power HighendCareers.com. This strategic alliance instantly makes HighendCareers.com a leading employment portal, and increases the monthly reach of the CreativeHeads.net affiliate network to over 500,000 experienced creative and technical professionals, including Artists (3D, VFX, Compression and Motion Graphics), Animators, Compositors, Programmers, Producers, Editors, Directors and Designers.

Using their current login information from HighEnd3D.com and FXShare.com, members can now create an electronic profile, viewable only by verified employers, showcasing their latest projects, authored files, code samples, published works and images/movies uploaded via interactive tools on HighendCareers.com. Members can choose to be visible, anonymous or invisible to employers, or block specific companies from viewing their profile while remaining visible or anonymous to all unblocked companies. HighEnd3D.com and FXShare.com users will also be able to apply to any job or receive "invitations to apply" from companies posting on HighendCareers.com, CreativeHeads.net or any of the other CreativeHeads.net affiliate job boards, as well as track all job submissions and invitations from a single, secure, confidential Job Center interface.

As part of the new HighendCareers.com model, employers can conduct industry specific recruiting searches through a database of the world's top talent working across multiple digital media industries. Companies will also be able to purchase access to a secure Job Center that will allow them to track, search and save talent for current and future projects.
