High-output mower conditioner.

Kuhn adds this grouper model FC 883 RA to its range of triple-head mower conditioners, which combines the cutting, conditioning and merging operations for increased field efficiency. Designed for large operations, this machine has a working width of 28' 11". The integrated belt groupers bring together the entire cut into one central windrow. The groupers can also be raised to produce three wide swaths as weather and field conditions dictate. An integrated transport assist wheel reduces loads on the rear tractor wheels and axle during transport and allows more secure transport operation. The Lift Control[R] hydro-pneumatic suspension was designed to provide flotation over irregular ground with non-stop automatic reset breakaway protection. Rear heads can be offset hydraulically to allow cutting on hillsides or while following curved fields, without missing crops between the front and rear heads.
