 dryers are now available in the SDF (Standard Data Format) A simple file format that uses fixed length fields. It is commonly used to transfer data between different programs.

 Series from Sterling, Inc., New Berlin, Wis. The three new types of dryers are Large Capacity (60 to 600 cfm), Extra Large Capacity (825 to 1060 cfm), and High Capacity (1180 to 2125 cfm). The SDF series previously consisted of Medium Capacity units (150 to 300 cfm).

The new models are said to provide consistent dewpoints as low as -76 F with an energy-efficient conditioning cycle that cuts energy consumption up to 40% vs. traditional carousel-style designs. They are also said to virtually eliminate temperature and dewpoint spikes. Users can choose from three platforms with basic centralized control 1.
