After a year-and-a-half spent developing its "health resort in the sky" concept and having its attendants trained by estheticians, private jet charter company Trans-Exec Air Service in Van Nuys thinks it's onto something.

The idea for Flight Spa came about after Trans-Exec President David Bilson took the suggestion of his wife, who often receives facials after flying, and treated himself to one. Bilson then spoke to the esthetician es·the·ti·cian
