, a Japanese soy sauce manufacturer, announced on January 30 that Siki-Sokai, the company's proprietary supplement launched in December 2004, helps alleviate allergic symptoms.

The company says that 70% of the customers who have bought Siki-Sokai felt that the hay fever hay fever, seasonal allergy causing inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose and eyes. It is characterized by itching about the eyes and nose, sneezing, a profuse watery nasal discharge, and tearing of the eyes.  symptoms were alleviated by taking the product. Siki-Sokai, which contains shoyu polysaccharides (SPS (Standby Power System) A UPS system that switches to battery backup upon detection of power failure. See UPS.
