Hickory Grove home.


A 4,900-SF Home in west Little Rock's Hickory Grove neighborhood sold for $699,000.

The Asa L. Morton Revocable Trust acquired the house from Markus-Evans LLC, led by Jim Markus and Bob Evans. The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $629,000 from Delta Trust & Bank of Little Rock.

The property was purchased as part of a $725,000 transaction with First Baptist Church in July 2003.
