A 4,722-SF home in west Little Rock's Hickory Creek neighborhood sold for $650,000.

Samuel Gaston III and his wife, Barbara, purchased the house from Steven and Paula Bell. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $650,000 from Regions Mortgage Co. of Birmingham, Ala.

The residence previously was tied to a May 2002 mortgage of $415,000 held by Riverside Mortgage Co. of Little Rock.

The Bells acquired the home for $585,000 18 months ago from Carter Burwell III and his wife, Judith. The Burwells bought the house from Barbara Morris in June 1991 for $517,000.
