Hi-Tech Pharmacal receives two FDA approvals to market generic forms of Mellaril Oral Solution.

AMITYVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 20, 1996--Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co., Inc. (NASDAQ:HITK) has received ANDA approvals from the FDA for Thioridazine Hydrochloride Oral Solution USP (Concentrate), 30 mg/mL, equivalent to Mellaril Oral Solution, 30 mg/mL manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corp., as well as Thioridazine Hydrochloride Oral Solution USP (Concentrate), 100 mg/mL, equivalent to Mellaril Oral Solution, 100 mg/mL manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corp.
