Hewitt Associates Appoints General Counsel.LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. -- Hewitt Associates, Inc., a global human resources services company, today announced that it has appointed Steven J. Kyono as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. Mr. Kyono, 46, joins Hewitt from The BISYS Group, Inc., a leading New York Stock Exchange-listed provider of outsourcing solutions for the financial services sector, where he was Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Joining BISYS in early 2006, he was instrumental in resolving the organization's legal and regulatory issues culminating in the successful sale of the company in August of this year. Mr. Kyono brings to Hewitt a deep understanding of the human resources services business and a wealth of experience guiding complex outsourcing relationships. Prior to BISYS, he held key executive positions with Automatic Data Processing Same as data processing.
