He will also oversee fund administration of IXIS International Funds registered in Luxembourg and Dublin. This appointment is part of the expanded global distribution efforts of IXIS AM Group. Mr. Guinamant, 44, graduated from ENSAM ENSAM Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers ENSAM Ecole National Superieure Agronomique de Montpellier (France) (Ecole Nationale SupE[umlaut]rieure des Arts et ME[umlaut]tiers) and from Institute of French Actuaries (Institut des Actuaires FranE*ais). He began his career in 1987 as an actuary at SGAM SGAM Schweizerische Gesellschaft Für Allgemeinmedizin (Swiss Association for General Medicine, aka: SSMG) , where he later became a fixed-income investment manager. He went on to Fimagest, where he was responsible for product marketing before being appointed director of marketing and institutional communications at Indosuez Asset Management (now Indocam). He joined IXIS Asset Management in 1998 as director of marketing and global communications. Since 2003, he has served as head of business development. He was later appointed to the Executive Committee of IXIS Asset Management (France). In 2005, he was appointed Member of the Executive Board and Managing Director of IXIS AM (France).
