Heritage Environmental Services Announces Bill McDaniel as Its New President, Chief Operating Officer.

 (HES), announced today that Bill McDaniel has been appointed to succeed him as the company's president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

McDaniel is a veteran of 15 years with HES. He came to the company by way of the Heritage Group's 1991 acquisition of a highway-construction firm. At that time, McDaniel was serving as the firm's chief financial officer.

In his first role with HES, McDaniel led the effort to build the company's National Program Services group, which serves clients with multiple small-generator locations throughout the country. Today, the group generates several million dollars of revenue annually through programs uniquely designed to serve each of its customers. The common features of each design include central program management and regularly scheduled routes to cover the nation.

"Bill's ability to develop effective procedures, mesh multiple operations, and hire, train and lead the right people led directly to the success of this group," Price explained.

In 1996, McDaniel added Heritage Transport (HT) to his list of responsibilities. Under his guidance, HT increased its profitability while improving compliance for drivers and the fleet for four successive years.

McDaniel was selected in 2000 to take a new business concept and grow it into a viable entity. In just five years, Heritage Interactive Services (HIS) has grown rapidly into a profitable total by-product by·prod·uct or by-prod·uct

Prior to his post at the highway-construction firm that Heritage acquired, McDaniel served in positions of increasing responsibility with the information technology, human resources The fancy word for "people." McDaniel earned his master's of business administration from Butler University, and bachelor's degrees in mathematics and industrial management from Purdue University.
