Here is the nudes from Down Under.

THIS is the sight that greeted Australian milkmen on their Sunday morning round.

More than 4,000 volunteers let it all hang out in the name of art in Melbourne, the country's second biggest city.

The mass nude photo shoot at 5am on Princes Bridge was Spencer Tunick's contribution to the Melbourne 2001 Fringe Festival.

And it wasn't a members-only affair.

Tunick said: "So many people turn up because everyone is invited, all nationalities, religions, colour and size.

"And the city of Melbourne was very helpful - they just said 'pick your site'."

Tunick has been doing mass nudes all over the world since 1992 and easily beat his previous record of 2,500 in Montreal last May.
