Sperazza is a seasoned IT professional who joined the company from Agere Systems, Inc., a NYSE-listed designer, developer and manufacturer of integrated circuits, where he served as vice president and chief information officer. There, he directed 200 technology professionals as well as all aspects of IT including data center operations, networks, telecommunications and software development, as well as supporting 20 engineering design centers on three continents. Previously, Sperazza was senior vice president of information systems at Liberty Travel, Inc. where his accomplishments included implementing a migration to the Oracle 11i E-Business suite in parallel with a multi-million dollar infrastructure platform upgrade. Earlier roles include positions at EMC Corporation, which provides enterprise storage systems, software and services, and Oracle Corporation, where Sperazza was responsible for managing the successful implementation of full Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) An integrated information system that serves all departments within an enterprise.
