Herbalife Adds UK Sports Specialist Ralph Rogers, M.D., Ph.D. FECSS, FACSM FFSEM (RCSI) to Medical Advisory Board.

: HLF) has expanded its Medical Advisory Board (MAB) with the addition of Ralph Rogers, M.D., Ph.D., a specialist in sports, musculoskeletal medicine and exercise physiology, based in Birmingham, UK, where he is also a Research Fellow of Wolverhampton University.

Herbalife's Scientific and Medical Advisory Boards are chaired by David Heber, M.D., director of the Center for Human Nutrition at the University of California, Los Angeles UCLA comprises the College of Letters and Science (the primary undergraduate college), seven professional schools, and five professional Health Science schools. Since 2001, UCLA has enrolled over 33,000 total students, and that number is steadily rising.  (UCLA). The SAB guides product research and development, focusing on the quality and benefits of products. The MAB members educate distributors on product usage and give health-news updates through multiple company channels and live training events around the world. The MAB also provides an educational resource for doctors and healthcare professionals.

Rogers is a private practitioner specializing in sports medicine, rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, human performance, corporate wellness and occupational medicine. He has lectured and tutored for the British Association of Sports and Exercise Medicine (BASEM) and is a former chairman of BASEM (West Midlands), and consults with various companies dealing in sports medicine and human performance in both the U.S. and Europe.

Additionally, Rogers is currently medical advisor to the Trinidad and Tobago Trinidad and Tobago (trĭn`ĭdăd, təbā`gō), officially Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, republic (2005 est. pop. 1,088,000), 1,980 sq mi (5,129 sq km), West Indies.
