Henyan, McKenna get honors from REBNY.


The Real Estate Board of New York New York, state, United States

 honored Kenneth Henyan, of Milford Management, as the Residential Management Executive of the Year at its fourth annual Residential Management Leadership Awards breakfast. Noreen McKenna, of Brown Harris Stevens, took home the Community Service Award. Hundreds of REBNY REBNY Real Estate Board of New York  members and their guests attended the event, held on November 16 at the Yale Club The Yale Club may be:

Residential Management Council member Donald Levy, who was also a co-chair of the planning committee for the breakfast, presented the Management Executive of the Year Award to Henyan. He has more than 30 years of experience in this area.

Brown Harris Stevens' John Sicree, co-chair of the residential management council, presented McKenna with the Community Service Award. McKenna, a certified social worker, has worked extensively with a number of Catholic charities and managed housing for seniors and disabled people, among other activities.

"Ken and Noreen are both pillars of professionalism in the residential management field," said Steven Spinola, president of the Real Estate Board of New York.

"The Real Estate Board will continue to seek out and recognize our dedicated residential managers who continuously go above and beyond the call of duty."

Breakfast guest speaker and noted architectural historian Christopher Gray spoke about the architectural planning and detailing of The Dakota. Gray has been writing his "Streetscapes" column for The New York Times for 15 years.
