) will hold a telephone conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, April 13, 2006 to review the Company's accomplishments, update on influenza related studies and outline future goals.

Dr. William A. Carter, Chairman & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , will host the call, which will include a management discussion followed by questions and answers. Robert Peterson, Chief Financial Officer, Doug Hulse, President and COO, and Dr. David Strayer, Medical Director, will also participate in the call.

Hemispherx invites stakeholders interested in hearing management's discussion to join the call by dialing 1-800-346-7359. International callers may access the call by dialing 973-528-0008.
