THANK YOU FOR HIGHLIGHTING the behind-the-scenes--and often overlooked--contributions of African Americans on the business side of the sports industry. There are many career opportunities in the sports industry even if you cannot dunk, hit, or throw a ball.

Our company has started a national initiative to encourage more diversity in sports management and front offices. The Bridging the Gap program offers forums in 12 cities. The forums feature local sports executives who give insight into building a successful career in the sports business.
