The Covenant Woods property was originally developed as 83 "for sale' condos and duplexes in the mid-1980s. In 1991, the current owner purchased the service building that housed the common areas and a small Assisted Living facility and eight of the condos. In 1992, he added an IL building, and 10 AL units were added to the service building. The property now consists of three buildings on a 10-acre site.
