Helmsley-Spear, Inc. announced the following transactions at the Empire State Building in New York City:

* Alitalia has signed a 35,000 s/f lease. Tom Sullivan and Sabrina DiMarco, of Helmsley-Spear, represented the landlord. Jim DeLuca, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant;

* Virgo Business Centers has signed a 21,000 s/f lease. Tom Sullivan and Sabrina DiMarco represented the landlord. Norman Bobrow, of Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc., represented the tenant;

* FUBU has signed a 21,000 s/f lease. Tom Sullivan represented the landlord. Brian Waterman and Lance Korman, of Newmark, represented the tenant;

* Heartland Brewery has signed a 14,000 s/f lease. Tom Sullivan and Sabrina DiMarco represented the landlord in the transaction. Jonathan Krivine, of Garrick-Aug Associates, represented the tenant.
