Helmsley-Spear, Inc. represented The Lower Manhattan Dialysis Center, Inc., the first dialysis facility to bring high flux/high efficiency dialysis on a full scale to New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
, in a 9,000 square-foot lease at 323 East 34th Street.

A complex installation subject to New York State review and approval as well as a new entrance, address and elevator were completed in July. Lower Manhattan Dialysis, which was founded in 1971, relocated to its new, larger facility from 187 Third Avenue.

Lower Manhattan Dialysis Center is located on the top floor of the 12-story, 108,000 square-foot building, 317 East 34th Street. The owner, 317 East 34th Street Joint Venture, was represented by Adams Real Estate Company.

The Midtown Tunnel crosses the main channel of the Elizabeth River in the South Hampton Roads area.
