Helmsley Building gets shared office center.

Alliance Business Centers is opening its fourth Manhattan location this month at the renowned Helmsley Building at 46th Street and Park Avenue. This expansion is in response to the increasing nationwide demand for shared office facilities. Alliance Business Centers provides high-image, turnkey, fully furnished and staffed offices with flexible lease terms.

A joint venture with Connexus, a Dallas-based videoconferencing company, will provide for a public videoconferencing center at ALLIANCE Business Centers' 230 Park location.

ALLIANCE Business Centers at 230 Park Avenue occupies 25 000 square feet on the 10th floor and offers 80 fully furnished offices, including private suites, four conference rooms, and a sophisticated menu of professional support services.
