Schering-Plough Schering-Plough Corporation (NYSE: SGP) is a pharmaceutical company which traces its history back to 1851 when Ernst Schering founded Schering AG in Germany. Following the entry of the United States into World War II in 1941, U.S. Corp., one of the world's largest pharmaceutical
companies. The agreement grants Schering-Plough the option to obtain an
exclusive licence for a drug delivery system developed in Saskatoon. In
return, Schering-Plough will supply Helix with a drug for use in
development of a cream that will assist in the treatment of two
