Helen Welsh signs lease renewal.

Winoker Realty Company, Inc. has arranged a lease expansion and renewal of showroom and corporate headquarters space for the Helen Welsh Group, LLC, a women's accessories designer, at 141 W. 36th St. in Manhattan.

Ira Z. Fishman and Corey Abdo, of Winoker Realty, represented both the owner and the tenant in this transaction.

The Helen Welsh Group is a premier women's accessories showroom and product development studio catering to specialty and department stores. The Helen Welsh label can be found at such prestigious retailers as Nordstrom, Dillards, Marshall Fields and Lord & Taylor, as well as many specialty stores across the U.S. and Europe.

HWG recently expanded to a full floor 6,000 s/f lease at the 22-story Garment District showroom property, which is owned by Sportswear Realties Co. and managed by Brause Realty Co. Other major tenants at the specialty building include Cynthia O'Connor, Harrison & Shriftman and BCBG Handbags.
