Held Properties Signs Leasing Agreement Valued at More Than $1.7 Million.

CENTURY CITY, Calif. -- Held Properties, Inc. announced today it has signed a five-year leasing agreement with The Agency Group that will occupy nearly 10,000 square feet at Held's 1880 Century Park East property in Century City. The leasing agreement is valued at more than $1.7 million.

The Agency Group is an international booking agency, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, Toronto and Scandinavia.
