("PA"), the Palestinian Liberation Organization ("PLO PLO abbr. Palestine Liberation Organization PLO Palestine Liberation Organization Noun 1. PLO "), Yasser Arafat and others on behalf of the Estate of Esther Klieman, a 23-year-old US citizen who was shot in the heart and killed by members of the Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, a terrorist cell of the Fatah Terrorist Organization. The suit alleges that the terrorist group conducted a machine-gun terrorist attack near Neme Tzuf, Israel near Jerusalem. Ms. Klieman was on an Israeli bus, on her way to teach special needs children. Plaintiffs allege that as leader of the PA, the PLO and various terrorist organizations, including Fatah, Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, Tanzim and Force 17, Arafat is responsible for the murder of Ms. Klieman and the injuries suffered by her family as a direct result thereof. In the Complaint, Plaintiffs also allege that Arafat, the PA and the PLO provided material and financial support to the terrorist organizations by supplying shelter and safe haven 1. Designated area(s) to which noncombatants of the United States Government's responsibility and commercial vehicles and materiel may be evacuated during a domestic or other valid emergency. 2. to multitudes of their members suspected of or charged with terrorist murders, including that of Esther Klieman. Furthermore, Plaintiffs allege that Arafat, the PA and the PLO provided the terrorists with rewards and assistance.
