HedgeStreet Announces Contracts Based on Revenues and EPS of Large Corporations.


New Class of Corporate Actions is a First For Any Exchange

SAN MATEO, Calif. -- The HedgeStreet Exchange announced today its plans to launch a new class of "Corporate Actions" contracts that enable investors to trade on the anticipated revenues and earnings per share (EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) A PostScript file format used to transfer a graphic image between applications and platforms. EPS files contain PostScript code as well as an optional preview image in TIFF, WMF, PICT or EPSI, the latter being an ASCII-only format. ) of large publicly owned corporations. These contracts are the first trading instruments of their kind on any exchange.

) and the first contracts, for Wal-Mart Inc. and ExxonMobil Corp., are to begin trading on June 22nd and will settle on the date of each company's next quarterly announcements.

The new contracts are binary options, valued at $100 each.
