Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Inc. has announced that Quebecor World USA Inc., has subleased 18,925 s/f at 10 Glenville Street in Greenwich to Sagamore Hill Sagamore Hill was the home of the 26th President of the United States Theodore Roosevelt from 1886 until his death in 1919. It is located at the end of Cove Neck Road, Cove Neck, New York on Long Island,[1] 45 miles (72 km) east of Manhattan.  Capital Management, a hedge fund hedge fund, in finance, a highly speculative, largely unregulated investment device. Originating in the 1950s, the funds "hedge" by offsetting "short" positions (borrowing a security and then selling it at a higher price before repaying the lender) against "long"  currently located in Greenwich Office Park in Greenwich.

Quebecor leases additional space in the adjacent building, 340 Pemberwick Road.
