Heaton Appointed Chairman of the Board of Bayou Steel Corporation.


LAPLACE, La. -- The Board of Directors of Bayou bayou (bī`ō, bī`) [Louisiana Fr.; from Choctaw bayuk=small stream], term used mainly in U.S.  Steel Corporation today announced the appointment of Robert E. Heaton as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Heaton served on the board of Bayou Steel from 2002 to 2004 and was a member of the Special Operating Committee during the restructuring restructuring - The transformation from one representation form to another at the same relative abstraction level, while preserving the subject system's external behaviour (functionality and semantics).  of the Company.
