Heartsoft, Inc., (OTC BB:HTSF) announced today the formation of a new business subsidiary, Plug-Invention Technologies, Inc., to market the company's proprietary pornographic image recognition and detection technology and other Internet security solutions to corporations, organizations, and governmental agencies throughout North America.

The new division will initially operate within the corporate infrastructure at Heartsoft and will establish its own team of management and sales personnel as its first products are prepared for sale.

The company has already begun interviewing prospective candidates for sales positions in the New York City metropolitan area and management foresees similar operations in the southwest and west coast.
