Heartland Communications Group Inc., Fort Dodge, Iowa Fort Dodge is a city and county seat of Webster County, Iowa, United States, situated on the Des Moines River. The population was 25,136 at the 2000 census. Fort Dodge is a major commercial center for North Central and Northwest Iowa. It is located on U.S. Routes 20 and 169. , announces the launch of a new magazine dedicated to the top producers of corn and soybeans titled Row Crop Journal. The magazine, with a controlled circulation to the largest 100,000 row crop producers in the nation's leading 14 corn and soybean soybean, soya bean, or soy pea, leguminous plant (Glycine max, G. soja, or Soja max) of the family Leguminosae (pulse family), native to tropical and warm temperate regions of Asia, where it has been  producing states, will be in farmers' mailboxes the first week of February February: see month.  2004.
