Through the agreement, oCen has integrated HearMe's eCalling platform and application technology for VoIP-based conferencing into the oCen CommPortal, a new communications tool that allows users to easily aggregate their contacts in a client directory, see their contacts' present status, and access them through the most expedient ex·pe·di·ent
