Healthways Receives URAC Accreditation Renewal.

Accreditation Covers Health Utilization Management, Disease Management and Care Management Programs

(NASDAQ: HWAY) announced today that it has been awarded a full, two-year accreditation for Health Utilization Management, Version 5.1, by URAC, the Washington, D.C.-based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry. Healthways was also granted a full, two-year accreditation renewal of its Disease Management Organization Standards, Version 2.0, for the Company's diabetes, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, oncology, depression, impact conditions, renal and asthma programs. Healthways StatusOne High-Risk Care Management Program renewed its URAC Case Management, Version 3.0, accreditation.
