Healthcare Services Group, Inc., has been providing housekeeping, laundry, and most recently food services to the long term care industry for 26 years, so I guess you could say that HCSG and CLTC have grown up together.

We have both seen many changes in the industry over that time, primarily the evolution of the nursing home business from an industry that grew from a collection of individually owned facilities 25 years ego to the national chains that have changed and shaped the dynamics of our industry today.

The professionalization of departments such as Environmental Services and Laundry Services led to the growth of businesses such as ours. It also allowed the facility's management team to concentrate on patient care and maintaining census. By providing solid housekeeping and laundry management options to long term care facilities, HCSG enabled administrators to focus on what they do best, and leave the day to day tasks of housekeeping, linen and laundry, and food service production to those of us who focus exclusively on those tasks.
