Healthcare Executives John C. Osberg and Kenneth R. Brown Join Counterpart Capital.


ROSEVILLE, Calif.--(BW HealthWire)--Feb. 11, 1997--Counterpart Capital Corp., a private investment banking firm focused on healthcare informatics, information and services, announced today that John C. Osberg and Kenneth R. Brown, two senior healthcare executives, have joined the company.

Osberg will open the firm's Atlanta regional office in Marietta, Ga.

John C. Osberg, who joined Counterpart as senior vice president and will head the firm's Atlanta based operations, was senior vice president at Medaphis Corp.'s Transaction Services Group, where he managed network companies and was responsible for the company's network services business development and forming strategic relationships.

Osberg is considered a leading strategist in the healthcare information and services markets and has more than 25 years experience.
