Healthcare Businesswomen's Association to Provide Insights on Influencing Positive Change at June Event Sponsored by Allergan.


Healthcare Businesswomen's Association:
WHAT:       Influencing for Positive Change--an educational event
            presented by the Southern California affiliate chapter of
            the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA)--will
            offer unique insights that will help local healthcare
            businesswomen identify the agendas, concerns, and
            motivations of others, develop strong relationships, and
            unleash individual and team motivation to pursue their
            desired course of action.  The June 26 event, part of
            HBA's ongoing educational series, is sponsored by Allergan
            and will feature presentations by two leading academic and
            business leaders.

WHO:        Robin McNatt, executive coach and organizational
            development expert from The Paul Merage School of Business
            at the University of California, Irvine, has more than 10
            years of organizational development experience, including
            strategic planning, change management, management
            development and coaching, team building, and conflict
            management.  McNatt earned a master's degree in labor and
            industrial relations from the University of Illinois with
            an emphasis in human resources management.

            Catherine Angell Sohn, senior vice president worldwide
            business development & strategic alliances at
            GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), was the HBA's 2003 Woman of the
            Year.  Angell serves on the HBA's Global Executive
            Committee as second vice president and on the board of
            directors responsible for strategic alliances, visibility,
            and reputation.  At GSK, she is responsible for consumer
            healthcare's global business development strategy,
            overseeing in-licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and
            strategic alliance management.
