HBSGI signed a billing service contract with a large pain management association comprised of over 200 practices. HBSGI is estimating that this contract will result in an additional $10-$12mm in net revenue per year. I have adjusted my 2005 estimate to for a portion of this additional revenue. This brings my estimated corporate wide revenue estimate to $2.62mm for 2005. The income from this contract should help alleviate the present negative working capital situation.
