Agreement Launches National Rollout of

Innovative Wireless Product for Physicians

[pilcrow (paragraph sign)] Healthcare Administrative Management Corporation (HAMC), a leading medical billing company with nationally recognized expertise in coding and reimbursement issues, has signed an agreement with Care Delivery Solutions Corporation (CDSC) to market and distribute CDSC's SmartEncounter(TM) and SmartNotes(TM), revolutionary products aimed at maximizing physicians' productivity while ensuring proper patient documentation that will ultimately protect against Medicare audits.

SmartEncounter(TM) and SmartNotes(TM), now in alpha testing, will be integrated into the billing and practice management services currently provided to hundreds of physicians across the country by HAMC.
